Property Description
Set in a delightful part of the countryside with the majestic mountains of La Sierra de los Filabres as a backdrop is this cortijo style house. It is semidetached but as it is attached at the back it is almost as if it were detached. The house was in the process of being restored, the roof was rebuilt including insulation, the outside was rendered and the upstairs was made habitable having three large bedrooms, two of which have been completely renovated, the third is partially renovated, and a bathroom all done beautifully with fabulous beamed ceilings and baked clay tiles on the floor. It really is a delight to see, the quality of the work is very high and it has a traditional style. The plans were to make an outside terrace on a platform coming from upstairs that would overlook the garden and plunge pool that was to be installed. This property could be great for somebody that would like to put their own stamp on the property because the works are partially completed and it still has traditional features outside and in.

Outside there is a very nice sized plot / garden of 883m2 set in the most beautiful countryside with breath-taking views, it also has a small ruin that could be an amazing feature within the garden housing a barbecue or outside open air shower room or toilet.
